Sandy has been with Mainstreet Community Bank since we first opened our doors!  She is a Nationally Licensed Mortgage Originator, located in our Downtown DeLand Branch.  She has many years of experience in both the Real Estate and Mortgage businesses, and loves helping people achieve their homeownership and/or refinance goals.  As a DeLand native, Sandy is very passionate about her hometown and actively participates in a number of different community clubs and initiatives, like Krewe of Amalee.  Sandy attended the University of Central Florida, where she earned a Bachelor's in Communication; she makes great use of those communication skills by keeping her customers well informed during the loan process.  Sandy strives to provide the best possible experience to each of her customers and is always happy to help!

Tracy Durrance has been with Mainstreet Community Bank since February of 2016. She has been hugely involved in developing our presence in Lake County and has proudly served as Branch Manager of our newest location in Clermont since it opened. Tracy specializes in Retail Banking and Consumer Lending, and came to us with 34+ years of experience in community banking. She is as knowledgeable and service-oriented as she is positive and energetic, and is committed to always providing the best possible service she can - a standard that she has set for our entire Clermont team. Relationship banking is her priority! During her time outside the branch, Tracy enjoys spending time with her husband Sam, making memories with her children and grandchildren, and supporting community initiatives in her local area. 

Kurt Koshiol has been with Mainstreet since 2003 and manages our North Spring Garden Branch in Deland. He worked as a Volusia County Banker for 25 years and enjoys working with both established and new customers.  Kurt obtained a Finance degree from UCF.  His specialties include Retail and Commercial Lending.  Kurt is active in the community having participated in various area clubs.  He is most active in Deland Breakfast Rotary with membership going back to 2003.  Kurt enjoys outdoor activities with his family and spends time boating and fishing.

Scott Miller has been with Mainstreet since January of 2006 and currently manages our Orange City Branch and satellite location at John Knox Village.  His specialties include Retail Banking and Commercial and Consumer Lending.  He is highly rated by his customers and colleagues alike for his outstanding Customer Service and Team Leadership skills.  Scott is actively involved with the Orange City Chamber of Commerce and is always looking for new ways to support his local community.  He enjoys surfing, playing music, spending quality time with his family and friends, and is a total trivia whiz.  Scott’s 20+ years of experience in banking, his helpful nature, and winning personality have earned him the respect and loyalty of his customers and a well-deserved reputation within his local community.

Charmin Stumpf joined the Mainstreet team in January of 2015.  She has been instrumental in expanding our presence to the East side of Volusia County where she manages one of our newest branch locations just between Ormond and Holly Hill.  Charmin specializes in Commercial and Consumer lending as well as Retail Banking, easily earning the trust and loyalty of all her customers.  She’s been in banking for 30+ years and previously worked for Seacoast National Bank and BankFIRST.  In her free time, Charmin enjoys serving her community through local charities and fundraising initiatives, and relaxing with her friends and family.  She is an active member of her church congregation and spends her spare time helping those in need.  Charmin’s caring nature and love for helping others is evidenced by the phenomenal service she provides to her customers.
